Greg Lassiter is founder/CEO of Misguided Productions Corporation. His mission is to establish, produce, promote and create independent literature, theatre and film for the independent mind. Misguided Productions Corporation
But Greg is more than that. Aside from having been involved in several films and stage plays (like “Not Understanding”, an off-Broadway play that he played in as well as wrote, or “The Interpreter”, a film by Sidney Pollack, or “Ain’t that peculiar”, a documentary of the life and times of Marvin Gaye), he also hosts a TV show, “To the Point with Greg Lassiter”, that will air again this Fall. "To the Point" is a live weekly talk show that seeks to examine current affairs and political issues of topical interest in a rigorous yet entertaining way, with an emphasis on the grass roots impact such issues may have.
Greg’s TV-experience does not end there though. He co-hosts on a regular basis on MNN, on 30 Frames a Second, with Nat Wood. This also is a live call-in show, targeting political topics. The chemistry between Nat Wood and Greg Lassiter makes it a great show to watch, and is never disappointing.
Greg also hosts “The Quiet Storm”, a radio show that airs on a regular basis on BlogTalkRadio.com. As of Summer 2011, that show will move to G-Radio New York City, a brand new internet radio station that will air 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.“The Quiet Storm” will air 5 nights a week, from 7 till midnight, playing all your favorite Classic Soul and R&B music, “the music for your soul”. In recent years, Greg has been in production with the script for the movie “Before My Eyes”.“Before My Eyes” is set in New York City, a gripping thriller that follows the journey of a man, trying to find out the truth behind his wife’s murder. What he learns forces him to confront his own demons and changes his life forever.“Before My Eyes” is momentarily in pre-production and is set to shoot in the Summer of 2011.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you're up to regarding other creative projects and collaborating with you in the near future.
